Ron Winter - Principal
Ron Winter is Principal of Trumark Commercial and has been in the real estate business since 1978. In his career, Mr. Winter has developed over 5.2 million square feet of R&D, office and industrial properties in the greater Bay Area. He successfully completed many of Northern California’s most popular places to work, such as Marathon Business Park and Mission Falls Business Park in Fremont and Shoreline Technology Park in Mountain View. Since forming a partnership with Trumark, Mr. Winter has spearheaded the firm’s entry into commercial development and is the primary point-of-contact for Trumark Commercial. Michael Maples has also been a Managing Member of Trumark Companies and related entities for over thirteen years. His areas of expertise include marketing research and analysis, as well as entitlement processing and project management. Mr. Maples brings a strong background in leadership, management, people skills, problem solving abilities, and an extremely high commitment to honesty and personal integrity to the development process. Mr. Maples earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University. Gregg Nelson has been a Managing Member of Trumark Companies and related entities for over thirteen years. He has 27 years of experience in Bay Area construction and development. Prior to forming Trumark, Mr. Nelson was senior vice president of a general contracting firm in San Jose for fifteen years and owned a real estate development company. His work ranged from field supervision, to estimating, project management and general corporate management. At Trumark, his responsibilities include finance and acquisition. Mr. Nelson’s background provides the firm with the ability to look at potential projects from a construction perspective as well as a market and financial viewpoint. Mr. Nelson graduated from San Jose State University (B.S. Zack T. Haller is Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at Trumark Commercial and leads the company’s initiatives in buying land for commercial development, negotiating buy and sell agreements and managing dispositions of assets. With expertise in office, industrial, retail and mixed-use commercial development, Mr. Haller’s primary duties are to study real estate markets and identify opportunities for development. In this capacity he works with brokers, property owners and city officials to create value for all stakeholders in the development process. Since joining Trumark Commercial in 2004, he has successfully completed over $40 million in acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Haller has been involved in real estate since 1992. Prior to Trumark, he was actively brokering deals with Colliers International Commercial Real Estate in Silicon Valley. Mr. Haller graduated from San Francisco State University. He resides in Danville with his wife and two children. Mr. Haller is professionally affiliated with the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers (ASVB) and California Department of Real Estate (CDRE). Jessica Roseman is Project Manager and Property Manager at Trumark Commercial with a wide range of day-to-day operating responsibilities. Ms. Roseman’s duties occur during the entitlement, design and construction process of Trumark’s commercial projects. She is also responsible for overseeing the marketing of Trumark’s properties to prospective tenants and buyers. As Property Manager, Ms. Roseman is responsible for all of Trumark Commercial’s office, industrial and retail buildings during occupancy by leased tenants, including vendor relationships to maintain the highest standards for operating Trumark buildings.
She joined Trumark Commercial in 2000 and since then her role in the company has expanded considerably. Ms. Roseman has been instrumental in numerous successful Trumark developments, including Dublin Corners Retail Center, Copper Hill Business Park, Stevenson Point Tech Park, Stevenson Business Park and Blackhawk Financial Center. Jocelyn Jackson joined Trumark Companies in January 2005 as the Director of Finance. Ms. Jackson is primarily responsible for financial reporting and all debt/equity relationships for Trumark. Her responsibilities also include managing the accounting department. Prior to joining Trumark Companies, Ms. Jackson was with Deloitte Tax LLP where she specialized in public corporate tax clients. Before joining the tax division of Deloitte & Touche, Ms. Jackson worked in the assurance and advisory department where she focused on audits of fortune 500 companies. Ms. Jackson graduated magna cum laude from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Accountancy.
