By positioning the entryways of homes toward the development's perimeter streets, including the new street created by the project, the homes at Bernal Park blended seamlessly into the existing street grid and neighborhood. Rear-loaded garages and street parking for guests contribute to a pedestrian-friendly environment. To minimize the impact of the adjacent rail line, Trumark designed the community so rear or sides of buildings would face the tracks.
