The Docktown residential village will integrate new homes and residents with the existing floating homes and recreational boating marina currently hidden behind RV storage and boat repair garages. The project features a public access promenade, which will both enhance the marina while providing an outdoor public amenity. Residents and visitors alike will enjoy stunning views of nearby Baer Island and the San Francisco Bay. Like other “wrap” projects, residential units are wrapped entirely around a structured parking garage for better building aesthetics. The design also allows for convenient, same-floor access to parking for the building’s residents.
