Trumark Companies has received Final Design Review approval for 191 single-family homes in Santa Rosa, California.  Dutton Meadows will be comprised of 126 town-style duet and triplex homes and 65 single-family detached homes.  With these approvals for phases 1 and 2 of the Dutton Meadows master plan, Final Map approvals are expected in February of 2008, in-time for grading activity to begin in April of 2008.
