After entitling
103 acres of land for a large format, mixed-use project along Interstate 15
at Duncan Canyon Road's “Corporate Corridor,” Trumark
Companies has sold the master-planned development to the
City of Fontana. The design
reflects a Mediterranean theme with a retail plaza that includes a
“campanile” tower feature. Programmed for over 300 single-family detached
and attached homes, over 300,000 square feet of offices, a hotel of
approximately 90,000 square feet, over 100,000 square feet of retail and a
20,000-square-feet restaurant, Ventana at
Duncan Canyon is one of the largest mixed-use projects in
Southern California.
