The project is a single family attached residential condominium development located on both public and private streets. We are attracting entry-level, young-family, professional-singles and couples, and empty-nester market buyers with a contemporary product that can be finished modestly or luxuriously.

The buildings are three story, wood frame structures with stucco, lap-siding exteriors, metal and stucco trims, and composition roofs. Each unit has a private patio or deck, and a first floor, two-car garage.

There are 12 buildings with 5, 6, or 7 units per building. We are offering three plan types ranging from 1,135 square feet to 1,623 square feet. Bedroom counts are 2 bedroom, 2 bath on the smallest plan, and 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath on the largest.

A common area landscaped garden walk is located around the project perimeter, and between each building, creating a lush paseo that separates the pedestrians from vehicular traffic. The residents can follow the walkways to the formal front entry of their home, or to the many landscaped public outdoor rooms. The outdoor rooms provide passive sitting areas with focal points such as a play area, a rock climbing structure, water features, sculptures and a perennial flower garden.
