Described by the City of Sunnyvale as a ‘Gateway’ site,  this Trumark mixed-use and residential village in the heart of Silicon Valley is central to the area’s big technology employers, public infrastructure, shopping and recreational opportunities.

 With an emphasis on high quality living, the project design has standard amenities one may expect for high density housing -- fitness center, business center, lounge and theatre, but also includes some exceptional amenities, such as outdoor reading rooms. An outdoor kitchen, golf putting green, boche’ ball court and volleyball court are also provided on the 6^th floor, rooftop garden.

 Like other “wrap” projects, residential units are wrapped entirely around a structured parking garage for better building aesthetics. The design also allows for convenient, same-floor access to parking for the building’s residents.
