This project consists of 63 high-density, 2-story residential townhomes in Colma, CA. The project is adjacent to the future South San Francisco B.A.R.T. station. Almost one acre of landscaped open space was included and paths for easy access to the station. There are three units to choose from, ranging in size from 1,301 to 1,612 square feet. The townhomes feature Spanish-Mediterranean architecture, French doors, wood shutters and front patios.
