New Concord Neighborhood

Trumark Companies recently established a new and distinctive neighborhood in Concord, Calif. called Sendera that features a Bungalow design, strong architectural styling and complementary landscape features. The 76 homes are a blend of detached, attached duets and attached townhomes and range from 1,366 square feet to 1,838 square feet. The new neighborhood was formerly zoned light industrial.
