The project consist of 110 multi-family age restricted residents for active adults (+55 years of age). The neighborhood will be a senior residential community with enhanced landscape areas and community amenities.

The buildings are two-story, flat condo design. This floor plan configuration allows for the entire living space on one floor. The second floor units also have an elevator option from the first floor garage if desired.

Structures are wood frame with stucco and lap-siding exteriors, with wood, metal or stucco trims. Plan 1 and 2 have a private patio and plans 3 and 4 upstairs units have private balconies. All plans have first floor garage.

We are offering four plan types ranging from 1,230 square feet to 1,980 square feet. Bedroom counts are 2 bedroom, 2 bath on the smallest plan, and 2 bedroom +den, 2 bath on the largest.

Arriving guests and residents follow common area walkways to the formal front entry of each home, as well as to the neighborhood on-site park and clubhouse. This design not only creates a lush greenscape throughout the project, but also separates the pedestrians from the vehicles.

The site will include a private recreation facility with a pool, a spa, garden trellises, a clubhouse / meeting facility, and an outdoor picnic area.
