The buildings are two-story with a hidden loft area within the roof gable. Structures are wood frame with stucco and lap-siding exteriors, with wood, metal or stucco trims. Each unit has a private rear yard and a first floor, two-car side-by-side garage. We are offering three plan types ranging from 1,478 square feet to 1,664 square feet. Bedroom counts are 2 bedrooms plus an optional third bedroom or den and 3 baths on the smallest plan to the largest plans. Arriving guests and residents follow common area walkways to the formal front entry of each home, as well as to the neighborhood on-site open space play area.
