Trumark Homes was launched in 2008 near the end of the historic downturn in the U.S. housing market, and we are well on our way to being one of the largest and most efficient private homebuilding companies on the West Coast.

The timing of our launch has been ideally suited to our strategy. It has allowed us to avoid the fallout of a down market while giving us a chance to capitalize on all the advantages. Those have included correctly valued land, competitive subcontractor pricing and a deep, available pool of talented leadership. Our nimbleness, flexibility and commanding knowledge of the marketplace also have allowed us to maximize demand by identifying market niches currently not being served in key geographic areas.
