The project consists of single-family attached residential development located on private streets. We expect to attract entry-level, young-families, and professional-single buyers. This community will also accommodate move up buyers from apartments, townhomes, and duplexes.

The buildings are two-story with a hidden loft area within the roof gable. Structures are wood frame with stucco and lap-siding exteriors, with wood, metal or stucco trims. Each unit has a private rear yard and a first floor, two-car side-by-side garage.
